The Project
The 6-month assignment included an initial red flag report highlighting all significant project risks from a high level review, and then a second phase where a detailed due diligence was undertaken.
Our Role
- Red flag assessment of all significant project risks and recommended mitigation
- Resource geoscientific review including stored heat and size (MW) assessments for each resource.
- Well assessments including future make up well and work over requirements and cost projections.
- Steam field and power plant condition assessment.
- Power plant performance review, both historical and projected.
- Historical and projected CAPEX and OPEX
- Preparation of all technical and cost information for input into the financial model.
Results
MIRA were successful in gaining a significant shareholding in EDC.
